Before you arrive
Arrival, welcome and settling in
Check-in takes place between 4:00 pm and 11:00 pm. Keys are handed over in person in a simple and welcoming way. If you have an approximate arrival time, it is helpful to share it in advance.
Linen provided
Towels are ready and beds are made before arrival.
Host next door
The host's house is attached, which allows quick help if needed while still respecting your privacy.

Comfort, kitchen, Wi-Fi and television
Everything is there so guests can enjoy the cottage without improvising. The kitchen is properly equipped, Wi-Fi is available throughout and the TV supports streaming.
Kitchen
Oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, wine glasses and cooking essentials.
TV & streaming
Turn on the TV, select the input or app you want, then sign in to your own streaming service if needed. Please remember to sign out before leaving.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi covers the whole property. Ethernet is also available.
EV charging
Charging can be arranged on request. It is best to mention it before arrival.

Heating, waste and a few useful reminders
Heating works with a heat pump. To keep the cottage comfortable and avoid disrupting the system, it is best not to change settings significantly unless really necessary.

The system is already set for comfortable temperatures. If something feels unusual, it is better to contact the host rather than changing multiple settings.
Waste sorting
Guests are asked to sort waste. Bags can be left in front of the door after letting the host know, and the host takes care of the rest.

Please respect the calm atmosphere, the equipment provided and the warm spirit of the house.

What to do before check-out
The idea is not to turn the end of the stay into a chore. A few simple gestures are enough.
- Check that nothing is left behind in the cottage
- Leave the kitchen in a reasonably clean condition
- Sort the waste and leave it ready if needed
- Close windows and switch off anything unnecessary
- Respect the check-out time before 10:00 am
